However, I think you should have been more specific of where you read it. Not just say "the internet". Say ECF forums.

Your right I should have referenced ECF, was super tired, I really just wanted my stuff and then go home.

Liquid9, I notice you're in Panama City. If that's the same store that has a branch in Destin, I'm very surprised. I can vouch for the Destin branch by noting that they've been VERY helpful - answering all questions with enthusiasm when they know the answers. They may not be as knowledgeable as many ECF regulars, but they certainly don't scoff at things they don't know. Friendly, helpful, and honest when stumped.

If it wasn't the store I'm thinking of, you might want to give them a try.

Sadly, it was their other location. I haven't been to the one in Destin, but I'm glad they treat you well.

I have mixed feelings for them. Some of the employees are great and the owner was always a professional, but sometimes stuff like I posted about happens. For that reason I'm not going to publicly announce their name. While I was in there, this other guy was being helped, obviously new to vaping. He was trying a few different flavors. He said he still tasted some of the previous juice. The guy helping him laughed and said no you can't, looked at the guy helping me and said I changed atomizers and they started laughing. Turns out the previous juice was still in the tip. Even if the customer was wrong, there is a way to talk to people without being a douche and demeaning. Thinking back on it, if I wasn't so tired at the time I would have just walked out and went somewhere else.

Sadly, it was their other location. I haven't been to the one in Destin, but I'm glad they treat you well.

The store was manned by youngsters on my last two visits, but they were obviously into vaping. Each had their own VV/VW mods and were curious about the Vamo I had with me.

Here's hoping that was just an isolated incident in your store. Or that those employees get some CS training or get rotated out.

Thanks for the pics. I have been lucky enough not to have anything like this happen with me. When I'm in question I just put in my Phiniac tank. What is it that causes this kind of reaction to the plastic?

I have been wanting to place an order with Fuzion, how do you like their juices?

ive only tried gumby, bob marley, unicorn and endless summer and XTC.

they are all really, REALLY ... awesome.

gumby to my best guess contains wintergreen or something like it. Which is what casues the problem. I knew full well it might eat my tank, but i tried it anyways. i know theres a thread around here somewhere listing what juice eats plastic.

Unicorn blood is downright amazing. bob marley, i did not like so much. it was damn tasty, just not a flavor i like. endless summer is sort of close to bob marley, but loads more strawberryish, and i like it more. I did add 6ml of sweedish fish(from nettmix) to my 30ml of unicorn blood and it made an amazing good difference.

unicorn blood has become an all day for me(though i have like 5 selected all days)

hehe the gif was a nice touch huh ?

Sounds like Maynard and Zed from Pulp Fiction. :offtopic:

There's a forum here on ecf to blog bad vendors. Reviews of Suppliers - Negative Be sure to mention their company name several times with the words review/complaint, etc so it'll show up in Google search results.

Now I've had a pretty opposite experience with our local B&M here.. While they don't have anywhere near the knowledge of the industry, they stand by their own product and the customer service is stellar. Their liquids are a bit bland but they have replacement parts and kits which while a bit overpriced.. that's not really their fault. One thing I can count on them for is when I call with a question, they answer honestly whether they know the answer or not and if they don't, they will actually call around and ask for me.

As far as odds and ends when I'm waiting on vape mail or whatever, I would not hesitate to go in there for a quick fill up :)

That is awesome! Sounds like you have a nice helpful team there for ya! It's not so much how knowledgeable the are, but how much they try to help and their attitude towards customers.

I am lucky to live fairly close to a solid B&M, while they don't offer a lot of the custom mods we see online (Chi-you's, Juggs, etc) they do offer everything from the basics to some solid VV top end mods (Provaris) and have great customer service. They deal with a lot of new people but they ensure everyone is taken care of, they walk through every step of the process for someone starting out and get them going.

The bonus for me is that they have a pretty extensive Juice Bar where you can sample flavors from a variety of vendors. Everything is organized by Nicotine strength so you just sit down at the section that has your strength level and test out flavors. This has been how I've found some of my favorite flavors and has been a great resource, nothing worse than ordering a new flavor online only to find out you hate it heh.

There's another B&M about an hour away from me as well and these guys are into the more advanced vaping experience so when I have some time I'll have to drive down and check them out. I'm unsure if we're allowed to post names of B&M's on here but if anyone in the LA area is interested I'll post the names of both stores if it's ok.

They are on my list of vendors to try, I hear good things about their juices!

Yeah dude. The very first person I met that used an electronic cigarette was in a rehab in Tennessee :p & he used Mister-E.
Being from Michigan I had no idea that Mister-E-Liquid's (MEL) B&M was actually in Michigan.

I've tried a few vendors & Mister-E's juices always seems to surpass the others.

Great stuff!

Short Youtube video of Mister-E-Liquid's Brick & Mortar (before & after):

"Mister-E's Vape Shop Before and After, www.Mister-E-Liquid.com"

I've tried quite a few juices from Mister-E-Liquid.

I love them all! (Except for a free sampler of Jamocha Haze they sent me... too much chocolatey flavor).

A few of my favorites from Mister-E-Liquid (MEL) would be:

1) Pure Michigan
Pure Michigan is a mix of apple and strawberry, two of Michigan's finest summer cash crops, blended to perfection for a pure flavorful vape. That's Pure Michigan. (steep time is around 5 days. This juice starts clear, when it turns a nice yellow/green tint, it is ready to vape!)

2) Grey Matter
What can we say about Grey Matter? What's in it? It's a secret. You may taste hints of vanilla, but that is all we can really say. Grey Matter has one of the strongest throat hits in our collection. Is it a tobacco vape? Maybe. It is a great vape that you will have have to try.

And...

3)
Jade Tiger
Jade Tiger is a delicious blend of Watermelon, Strawberry, Pineapple, and a hint of coconut (barely detectable). This is a brand new Juice from MEL and we are proud to have created Jade Tiger! It really is a wonderful flavor, this juice will speak for itself.

Right now I'm vaping Jade Tiger. It's yummy!

I usually try to steep Mister-E's juices for about a week. I always have to fill up a carto of a juice that I haven't tried yet first. :)

Difference in steeping though? Not much. I can barely detect a difference after 7 days of steeping in the flavors that I mentioned above... maybe it's just me. :p

When steeping make sure you SHAKE your juices! I shake mine vigorously a couple times a day!

A way you can advance your steeping process is to take your juice(s) & put them in a seal-able zip-lock bag. Suck all of the air out of it before you seal it.
Take that air-tight bag (with the juices in it) & put that into another bag & suck all of the air out of it.
Now get some  hot  water (not boiling lol) & put your bag (within a bag) of your juice bottle(s) inside.
Let it sit in the hot water for about 15-20 minutes.
Take your juices out of the bag(s) & shake them!

Heating up the juice(s) makes it A LOT easier to mix the fluid. You can seriously tell the difference in mixing the juice heated-up V.S. just normal temperature.

Give it a try!

Vape-On, with Mister-E! :)

Ugh looks like the mac-smashing screenwriter at starbucks stereotype has indeed morphed into the B&M know it all whose clueless. "Can you spare a moment to listen to my knock-off quality blather? Bee tee dubs, I have no idea what you currently own, but I'm confident you're doing it all wrong and will mislead you to prove how. Just don't counter with facts or bother me with a customer service expectation okay? Okay." Ugh.

Now see, I hate descriptions like grey matter. If you're not gonna tell me what it tastes like, why would I want to vape it? Especially if you won't even say if it's tobacco or not. I have no interest in 'bacco juice.

Only reason I tried it was because of all of the great reviews.
