Locking DCT lack of vapor production

Pretty new to DCT tanks and purchased a couple of Artemas Locking 6ml DCT tanks. I'm noticing that I'm having to take a solid 9 second vape (my Evic has an "over 10 second protection") to get [what I consider] a decent amount of vapor. The vapor production on these is NOTHING like my Evod bottom coil clearomizers - those things can put out a cloud of vapor. Thinking already of retiring my DCT tanks and going back to clearomizers period.

I use two hole pre-punched smoketech XL 2.0 ohm dual coil cartomizers at 4.2 Volts. Also, its 100% VG juice which I've been reading may be too thick for the tiny factory punched holes.... But I can't smoke PG.

I wanted to go to a large tank because I have a lot of all day vapes and wanted the convenience of not having to fill up 3-4 times a day.

Am I just going to have to settle, retire my DCT's and go back to constantly filling my Evod BCC's?

Experience would be greatly appreciated!

You might consider thinning your VG slightly, perhaps 2%, with distilled water. If that doesn't appeal to you, you could also consider adding a third hole in the carto which should improve wicking to some degree. They do have what they call 'carto punch' tools available for purchase at many vape sites or you could just take a hardened nail (like a drywall screw) and add the hole the 'ol fashioned way. :)
