Looking for 510 cartomizers.....

I am looking for regular sized (not xl) cartos with a resistance range between 2.0-3.0 to be used with a provex tank on a provari mini. Is one carto better than another? Is one supplier better than another. So far I have bought all of my cartos from volcano which are flanged and I am told they are rebranded smoktechs. Is there a better option.

Looking into IKV platinum and diamond. Other than a sticker what's the difference?

Boge 3.0's are pretty decent, but my favorites are the Ikenvape 801 Fusion (they sell a 510/801 stealth adapter for ~$2)
