You know the more I try to learn about these things the more confused I get, I guess you just need to take the leap, thanks Vapoor the prices are certainly better.

You're welcome. When you have your PV in hand it makes a lot more sense IMO. If there's anything you want just ask and I'll put a list together. If you get the kit Katya has linked to realize the Twist and Spinner batteries will work with the charger in that kit:
https://www.canvape.com/Genuine-Joyetech-eGo-C-Twist-p/twist.htm
I prefer the Spinner because the dial is knurled/ easier to turn and the voltage markings are more visible- in my old age it helps:

I have no loyalty to any brand or vendor but just look for what suits me best at the right price.
JUGHEADS.co We've Got the Vapors ! located just outside of Calgary has some highly regarded juice and sells sample packs

Sorry, I feel like I'm nagging you, but I watched some U-tube videos by Doctor Vapor. I'm being somewhat .... ( wow that's unusual for an accountant)lol. One of the reasons is my husband, he is a skeptic about vaping and a heavy smoker, I will only get a couple of tries with him and then he will reject the concept, I really want him off the analogs. Anyway, I have decided on ego, but I want to go with the ego twist and and some type of cartomizer, need lots of vapor for hubby, I had pretty much decided on the 510 dual coil 4xl cartomizer, when being me, I did a little more research and they may not be the best choice for the ego twist. Perhaps a single coil, don't want to start him out on something that's huge, but do want something he doesn't have to refill all day. I would feel really comfortable purchasing from Canvape, due to Vapoor eyes er's recommendation, they have an ego twist kit on their vapor ally, what do you think. I will be buying this week-end dammit! (oops, sorry for the language).!!! Tired of thinking and tax rush is on. lol

Do not get the dual coils... just take my word for it. Bad idea--bad design. I could explain or link you to very long threads, if you want, or you can just put your trust in me. :p

Cartomizers need to be refilled often, not ever refilled but topped off regularly, or they will burn. There are some good ones, Boge and Smoktek, single coil, low ar standard resistance--doesn't matter if you get a Twist or a Spinner. The best heads for trouble free vaping are the BCCs (bottom changeable coils)--Kanger T2 has a top coil, T3--bottom. You fill them once and you're set--and you see how much liquid you have left so no guesswork. Once the coil gets gunked up, you just replace it; you can easily clean the dirty one. What's not to like?

Then get him smaller batteries, like 400 or 650 mAh Vision Spinner and a baby T3. Or even a 400-450 mini eGo or a SD Key Ring (you're going to need a 510>eGo adapter for the SD Key Ring, though). They are cute and small. Just look at those pictures:

I was a 1.5-2 pack a day smoker for 35+ years. I got the eGo C Twist with an assortment of tanks for it. My favorites right now are the Kanger MT3 (bottom coil) and the Vivi Nova. If your hubby is a heavy smoker, you may want to start with the 24mg nicotine content. I found my cravings weren't nearly as bad with the higher nicotine content juice.

My husband and I are heavy smokers and have purchased zerotar e cigarettes in the past, however they are very difficult to
draw and do not produce that much vapor, can anyone suggest an e cigarette that produces a lot of vapor, we do not mind if there is a bit of a learning curve and would like one that does not require recharging constantly. Also we live in Canada, so it must be available in Canada. Thanks

you just asked a loaded question there. lol
google and youtube are your friends.
say hello to them.

Yep. It's always a good idea to keep several juices with different nic strengths on hand. Higher strength for emergencies, or that first in morning vape, lower ones for happy all-day vaping.

I always hear people say they prefer higher nic first thing in the morning but for me I was opposite. I needed a lower nic for the first Vape because I had to wake up some before getting too strong a throat hit.

If'n I don't get that nicotine and caffeine fix first thing in the morning, there's going to be an issue of where do I hide the bodies. :D

Well, I finally ordered two kits, I ordered this one from Canvape:
https://www.canvape.com/product-p/ultwistkit.htm
Now I will await their arrival and I will certainly let everyone know how we make out, I'm sure more questions will be forthcoming,
when the kits arrive. Thanks everyone.

Very nice set--should keep you out of trouble for a while! :D

Congratulations and keep us posted. We want feedback! :)

Hi SAS !
I started reading your thread on page one...then saw VapoorEyes had ya covered and that you had selected what looks like a good kit.
Then, I jumped to here..page 4. Only one question...did you get two chargers ?
I saw that you both need to charge batteries.

I think you are going to be satisfied vapers soon..
and wish you All The Best.

Hi everyone
The Kits (https://www.canvape.com/product-p/ultwistkit.htm), arrived today, my goodness what a lot of items. Alas there was no instructions, so I will now go hunting for some instructions, probably start with looking for the basic instructions for ego twist and then try to move on from there. I will not be intimidated by all the gadgets. lol
