I've bee using a vivi NOVA tank and that has failed on me. I mainly vape with an ego twist and I recently purchased a silver bullet. Dripping has become a bit of a hassle. I really liked how easy the NOVA tank was to fill up, and how much it held. Any recommendations on something I can use that will hold a lot of juice and is low maintenance and easy to fill would be much appreciated.

Tanks are great. I use the long-wick Nova and smoktech DCT's for when I need to carry a lot of juice with me while I vape. For the times when I only need enough juice to last 12 or less hours, I go with CE3's (the smoky's are my thing, but according to some pro's out there the newer CE3 bottom-fill clearo's are actually better). You just can't beat the simplicity of a one-piece clearo/ carto unit, unless you need a very large capacity (i.e. at least one days' worth).

The connection at the bottom of the tank no longer fits with my ego twist or my SB. It won't make a proper connection. Initially I thought it was an issue with my SB but that wasn't the case.

Use a small pair of pliers OR a small screwdriver to "pull" the center post sides down slightly-or center them (very, very carefully, heh). I'm sure someone will post a link to a tutorial thread soon...I learned the trick from my local vaper lounge.

I had thought about doing this, but I've heard stories about these tanks pushing down the connection on their mods and it scared me. So at this point I'm not even trying to save the tank. If I get a 510-510 connection will that resolve any danger I have of this happening?

In a word, yes. Since the 510 connector will be making the connection with the battery, there won't be an issue with pushing the battery lead down.

Afaik, the weakest point will be the first to give, and this especially applies to metals when you bend them- since your tanks' center post has already been pushed in and is about to be moved again (pulled out), it seems highly unlikely that it would be able to dislodge the connection at the battery before the center post itself gets pushed back in again. Physics and materials science FTW. :)
