Dumb question, how long does a rebuilt wick last (typically, and I'm not a heavy vaper, I probably go through a full tank a day, two at most. And I'm talking not gunky juice and other just sort of typical builds and uses.

Spooky, welcome and congratulations, you're gonna fit right in and wonder why you waited so long :)

I use silica wicks and vape unflavored, so take that into account, but for me, a coil/wick lasts months, and even at that, I generally rebuild because I want to try something new or different, not because the one I'm using has failed in any way. YMMV, but for most folks here, it doesn't get any eaiser or maintenance free than a REO with a rebuildable, especially the RM2.

And there's a ton of helpful, knowledgeable folks that just seem to LIVE to help out answering questions or offering suggestions to help you get it all dialed in.

Be careful with classifieds, there are some great deals, but others have ended up having to send the their bargains in to Rob to get rebuilt. Maybe post a link and we can take a quick look for ya.

The old tanks make great accent pieces in a terrarium. Seriously I've gone the PIF route with stuff I didn't feel like selling.

This will help you Tracey: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/reos-mods/434262-reo-frequently-asked-questions.html

It really is simple. REO, batteries, RBA or atomizer/cartomizer 510 size, and juice!

The accessories available are not a must. But the button cover is one that you really should pick up. Extra spring is good to have on hand too.

And don't forget, if money is tight, like for many of us, Robert sells "blemished" mods on his site too, but very few of us are able to even find the blemish. Truthfully, unless you get lucky, you'll probably do better to go for a brand new (blemished). If you don't see one on there you want (blemished or otherwise), you can PM Robert (Redeyedancer), often, he has stuff in stock that just hasn't been put on the site yet.

I vape NETs (which are the most coil gunking juices around, and to make matters worse, I extract my own). That being said, I generally get 2-4 months off a single wick and coil. I dry burn at least daily, sometimes more often. I use XC-116 (also known as ReadyXWick slim). Usually what happens is that I pop the coil while dry burning.

Looks like a good deal :) You'll want to head over to reosmods site and get a rebuild kit, a spare spring, possibly a button cover, some coil wire and maybe silica for wick.

You'll also want more batteries, RTDVapor has an excellent reputation and also sells inexpensive multimeters and chargers if you don't already have one.

Happy girl here guys - REO arrived in the mailbox today!!! She's so pretty and perfect for me. Black wrinkle with a gorgeous cobalt blue sparkle door. Gotta stop at B&M on the way home for battery charger and atty but YAY I'm so happy.

(Thanks again Rob.)

I've not yet jumped on the rebuildable bandwagon but I will, you guys are a really great resource I'm just taking my time with it.

I'll do a pic once she's all set up.

So I've watched lots of youtube videos and REOMods is down at the moment. So what's the teeny tiny little clear plastic container with gray stuff in it?

Can't one of you guys stop by my B&M with me on the way home? I don't want to be take for a ride or given bad info.
