I was in the dentist the other day just for my six monthly check-up and she decided to give me a scale and polish. I hate this. The noise the grinding the pain ( i have pretty sensitive teeth due to age related gum shrinkage exposing the nerve endings). Anyway. I went ahead and got it done as i always do. Better for you in the long run. right? So I've paid my bill and I'm going up the road with a pretty sore set of gnashers vaping on my Tesla and new protank. The throbbing intensified.
Later on that day I had to go to work (a non-vaping environment) and the tooth-ache had died back thankfully but when i was on my tea break and went to vape........Oh my God........the tooth-ache was back. All of the left side of my mouth upper and lower. This went on every time i tried to vape (still wasn't painful enough to prevent me from vaping though) and is still going on 2 days later. It must be the nicotine directly contacting the nerve endings in my teeth that used to be protected by tartar. Nicotine being a stimulant being absorbed into my body through my teeth. Yowlch.
So I'm left with two choices stop vaping nic. (er...no!) or stop getting the grinding scraping good for my teeth scale and polish at the dentist done.
NO BRAINER.
Look at the title of the thread to find what i did next!
Anyone else experience this?
ETA: In hindsight, i will keep visiting the dentist for scale and polish if necessary i suppose
