Loong Totem V9. Yes has all finally arrived this afternoon 4.10 UK time. All missing parts from the previous order. Plus one piece battery set plus 50 extra tobacco flavoured cartridges.
So me and Miss Diane are awaiting the charging process at the moment. One battery seems to be reading charged but we will keep them on for at least eight hours anyway

Yes they certainly are. About 90 US dollars or around £45 for 50 but. If you read on other posts there is probably fours and against because of the claim of cartridge life. But till we manage to test this out we won't know.
:Dif the cart can last one day + near 2 day Is quiet good:thumb: I should say
but also depend on ur habit

It's a fair price. This is NOT expensive compared to regular smoking. If you throw it away every day, it's $1.80 a day. No one spends that little on cigarettes if they smoke at all. And, if it works right, you'll always have the same reliable vapor production from a nearly new atomizer and cartridge. Use it and toss. Same as real cigarettes. No hassles.

if they last a day the price is okay.. in fact very okay but in my simple mind xxx e smoke equates with xxx liquid use.. u cant get one without the other..

how much liquid do they hold.. ???.. the throw away atomizer concept is okay but it is going from one extreme to the other.. it is a good suggestion of what an atomizer costs to produce thow.. bugger all..

all it needs for the genuine throw away device is bung a few in a box.. swop the rechargeable batteries for a none rechargeable one and its here..

it all comes down to the price..

It will be a fine day when we can go a local store and buy our cartridges. That day is not yet here, however. With the LoongTotem, your $50 order of 90 disposables lasts you three months, if you're replacing a pack-a-day of regular cigarettes. So you only order four times a year.
:confused:think hard to judge
we are human..and sometime i do feel bad tend to smoke alot..

next social gathering...is not fix per yr some days alot some day just whole day at home

next individual smoking habit?

$1.80 a day is not bad but I can inject my own for even less than that. I can make cigarettes cosmetically indistinguishable from commercially manufactured cigarettes for a buck to a buck and a half a pack. I can inject a pack in about five to ten minutes with what I think is better tasting additive free tobacco.

I realize this is a site about e-smoking but if we are going to compare the costs of traditional tobacco smoking as compared to e-smoking I don't think its fair to leave out making your own (RYO/MYO). I was much less frustrated and spent much less time injecting my own cigs than the almost constant screwing around with e-cigs I have experienced.;) I'm hanging in there, however, as I think this technology has a lot of potential.

I was addressing only price. And I'm not after the cheapest nicotine source. For me, taste and convenience are just huge factors in my desire to switch to disposables. But right now I greatly prefer the taste of my own homemade liquids. So that's a problem when a cartridge isn't meant to be refilled.

Still, no way will I use only ONE device. I want 'em all!

While oyu may be able to- you are still burnign tobacco which itself contains many carcinogens- so again- we're talkign abotu a very innexpensive E-smoking device that it is most likely very much better for you- while a little more expensive than what you can do with regular tobacco, it's again- supposedly much better for you.

Ned- if you wouldn't mind, could you just take the battery out of charger- stick a cartridge in and give just a couple of puffs to tell us what the flavor is like? Then stick battery back in for hte remainder of charge? Also did you get hte standard cartridge flavors? Or did you order otehr flavors as well? I'm right on verge of ordering, but really concerned abotu hte taste- a quick review of taste woudl be most helpful. I don't htink taking a coupel small puffs would hurt the battery before it's fully charged.

The carts last 2 or more days actually Trog- & if you really want to keep thenicotine level going for those 2 days, a quick refill will suffice just fine- Heck- we're refilling our traditional pens anyways, plus fussing with atomizers etc. For the maount of vapor, and length of Cartridges on these loongs, it can easily go 3 months without much fuss at all for 50 carts- even longer with juast a little extra work to refill a cart once or twice to keep nic levels up

ive been saying this for ages trog...

i just find it hard to believe that 1 cart with that amount of liquid will last a constant, hardcore esmoker all day,and still deliver satisfaction...

i guess we'll see,but if it does, its the loaves and fishes miracle all over again... ;)

If it doesn't happen, so be it. But Mixos was getting two days, not one, from a single cartridge. I only want ONE day. Period. ONE day. And I'll chuck it, not try to refill it, or stretch it, etc. To be competitive, a disposable must only equal real cigarette use. One pack. One day. At $1.80, this would be great. But we'll wait to see if it delivers.

No kidding at all.
