I'm guessing you use Stevia and Monk Fruit in your food as well? How is the monk fruit flavour wise? Maybe even compared to erythritol?
I do use stevia and monk fruit in foods on occasion, but because of the aftertaste I typically just use sucralose for foods and drinks. The solutions that I use for eliquids are from NN and I pretty much exclusively use them over all other sweeteners. I've tried erythritol in the past and I've found it just doesn't have enough sweetness to really give me the strength that I like (I'm a southerner, so I usually like my juices to be really sweet like my iced tea), but stevia and monk fruit are perfect for my tastes.
In small quantities, I don't really get any aftertaste at all with stevia and I find it to be pretty comparable to sucralose. Monk fruit tends to have a slight taste to it--I'm not the best at describing tastes, but it sort of has a slightly nutty/fruity taste to it if the concentration is high enough. Strangely enough, I think it tastes great when I use it with mint-flavored recipes and I find myself using it over stevia on most occasions.
I can also say that coil life that I get with either of those so much better compared to sucralose and when it comes to pods I want to maximize the life of my pods as much as I can so I highly recommend them if DIY is your thing.
