Have you had that experience across multiple pods, or just one?
My current juice is about 60% VG and I haven't had any problems with either pod yet related to wicking or dry hits. 12-15 refill range now on the .5, pushing 20 on the .25.

I'm still on my first of each.

I didn't at first either, but after many refills the problem started happening. I haven't seen this with .25 pods yet. And one of them is on the 14th refill.

Impressive Vapor2112. Yes it has happened with every .5 pod so far. It usually happens at about 4-5 refills. Well you are way passed that (are you logging everything like I am doing?). So can you do me a favor and take the fill cap off and then vape and see if vapor and flavor increases. I would really appreciate it. :)

Got a few fairly small bubbles, no real change in flavor, but it "almost" flooded a bit. First pull had a bit of a gurgle then right back to normal.

I've been running both with the air wide open 90% of the time.

Juice is DIY and typically pretty coil friendly for what that's worth.

I haven't had the problem with the Orion, but on other devices closing down the air a bit when they run dry has usually forced better wicking when needed. I've had to do that on occasion with the Spryte.

I'm still on the fence about the Orion and I wish I was having the same experiences as everyone else. The design, durability, and functionality of the device is great, but I'm really not blown away by the flavor that I'm getting at the moment. I recently picked up the Nautilus AIO and as much as I don't want to admit it, the Nautilus (and Breeze 2 for that matter) beats the Orion hands down in the flavor department.

Maybe it's down to my preference and personal tastes, but the vape that I get off the Orion feels "drier" and more muted than the one I get with the Nautilus or Breeze at a similar setting. The flavor sort of reminds me of what I get out of the Minifit. I wonder if the fact that both devices essentially have a chamber made of plastic rather than metal? With the Aspire devices, I seem to get more of a rich, sweet flavor out of my juices. Again, it may just be a subjective thing but if someone's looking at both devices and working on a budget, the Nautilus is a great choice too.

It depends where you bought it. As eciggity has both kits.
Don't forget the 10% off coupon listed on top of the web page if you order there.
Knee jerk reaction, I went to the site you linked. All they have left is carbon fiber ones and I wanted the silver/scallop one.....then I remembered I'd ordered one (along with another gold/abalone ) yesterday. Thank God for these new fangled phones, otherwise I'd have to wait until I get home in a day or three to order them.

I'll be happy to trade you two Nautilus AIO for the Orion. I bought two of them because I so liked the Nautilus mini. I am underimpressed with them.

Can you guys please rate the flavour out of 10 please. Someone on youtube said it's a bit muted on the flavour. So I would like to hear from others. I would like to get one of this for my dad for Christmas.
I think it depends on the flavor. Some flavors are spot on and some are muted. My ADV is perfect. Blu Gold Leaf is heavily muted. My other juices falls somewhere in between.

I haven’t noticed muting like I have with othe pod devices. It takes at least one tank for the coil to break in. I’ve changed flavors (fruits) several times with one pod and each time the new flavor comes through as the prior one fades.

I see. Thank you I'll purchase one

How many pod refills have you been through?

the Nautilus is a great choice too.
I bought a bunch of them when they first came out along with a bunch of coils. But it didn't last long once I had taken one coil apart and found glass like fibers and the chrome was peeling off of the chimney. Since then they lived in a box in storage. :(

I'm comparing the Orion to the Breeze2 right now.
Granted I'm vaping unflavored in both at the moment, but unflavored has its own subtleties in flavor.
They're about the same, with the Orion slightly better.
But, the Orion has a warmer (not hot) vape, much more to my taste.
And, the Orion's vapor is thicker/richer, if that makes any sense.
