Works like a miracle. Miles was running around helping immediately. He'll even look at the room and say "what a mess" and he was only 3 years old. It's just a silly song, "Clean up, clean up, everybody do your share" and add whatever else you want.

Oh man. I need a little warning about these things. I just made pork loin medallions with baked potatoes done in that little red bag we talked about. That silly bag actually works! 4 minutes in the microwave for 2 baked potatoes! Added a veggie and had a delicious dinner ready in less than 1/2 hour total!

I can't believe I missed that one .. and tomorrow is "National Creamsicle Day" ..
Oh boy we missed it too and it's unfortunate tomorrow is creamsicle day. We could have run over to Rita's and gotten Mike's favorite orange ice and vanilla soft serve swirl. Instead we're meeting friends for dinner at a new local sports bar. Oh, I think we should have the creamsicle for lunch! Sometimes I have the best ideas!
It's got to be a relief to have this doc visit over with anyway. Now your primary cardio can look at the whole picture and make a good decision. Hope it's a simple one.
