I know the are, and I need to go to the eye doctor. Have an appointment in July, the soonest I could get with my schedule and his. And the fact that he wants me to come in in the mornings before my eyes are all stressed from looking at the computer all day.

I don't mean just eye stress, but overall. My shoulders/back get tight when stressed and it travels up my neck for a headache, though I don't get them much anymore.

I know what you mean......but it's both. Some of the stuff I look at most of the day is smaller print, no way to make it bigger. I can always tell when my eyes have gotten worse because the headaches are more frequent.
