Scooping. That's how I use them. For scooping. At least until I can find the fork that I've dropped on the floor, lol.
It's easy to master!! Just pinch them between your fingers and....squeeze.


The German way is to cut with a knife in one hand and use the fork in the other...none of this switching utensil in the same hand business. Wastes too much time.
The Germans are an efficient bunch.
