Well Lis, that's not so bad. Just fry your roots in extra-virgin, cold-pressed coconut oil, b/c it has the MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) that are so good for us. Don't eat margarine, eat natural butter or EVOO (extra-virgin olive oil) drizzled over the tops. For salt, buy it at a health food store - it's not very expensive at all. If you can't get to one, then go to your market and choose Hain brand Himalayan sea salt. For rice, try weaning yourself off of white rice and onto brown rice.
i am using regular sea salt since you told me last week , i have never heard about the Himalayan one, i am going to try to find it around my neighborhood if not i will ordered on line , i only use the brown rice when cooking congris or yellow rice, i can't stand it as the white rice
