Apparently a learning lesson was needed. That could have been poor employees cars though that were stuck inside working. What a drag to come out tired and ready for home and find that mess.

one night on my way home the cops stopped us the most flooded area to give access to the tows, i had to press my brakes and keep the acceleration on to avoid my car to stop
