Jag....it is never ending. I am so ready for a condo....with a pool, and an exercise room, and a groundskeeper.

That would be nice, but condo association fees are now around $300 a month and going up, some not even including property taxes.
And I must follow my other friends.....sorry to leave you guys, but I am sooo tired...and I still have a few things to do.

I know--robbery!!! That and the rules which we do not play well by. I have a problem with some of the strict covenants condo owners have to abide by.
