Hi jj.... wondered if the owls were working for you. The oddest thing - I've had cardinals and robins that sit on the outside screen door handle and eat the paint! I put a plastic bag on it and that did keep them away but they also want the paint around a few windows and wonder if a stuffed owl on the sill would do the trick. They haven't been around recently and I'm guessing that they use the paint (non-toxic) for their nests earlier in the season?? Don't know what for though. And it isn't that they're 'pecking' at their reflection... they sit and eat the paint - I've seen them.

Kent we hung plastic bottles that the wind is blowing around before the owls got here. They seemed to do a lot so I don't know if the owls would do the job. I'm just going the full route to make sure we get the problem solved. And that is why I have fake snakes coming..
