Sun, this guy talks so fast - kind of like a robot - like he's said it all, rehearsed it all. I'm afraid he's got a hardened heart. There was an error on my account from a previous worker, and he did end up straightening it out. Luckily I had the paperwork in front of me with confirmation numbers. It all worked out, but this guy seriously needs an attitude adjustment. Meh, may never have to talk to him again hopefully.
