I got into the DX packet cluster. The solar storm has created some havoc with the ham bands, but the sunspots aka the SFI or solar flux index is looking good.
If you didn't understand all of that, it's because it's ham radio talk. I tried to convert it into ordinary English, but some things just can't be converted without a major explanation.

This is awesome! I've always heard of babies swimming, but I've never seen them. If I had life to do over again, I'd do every single one of these.
Kent, the Gandalf avi that I am using now, is the one that I have used the longest. I even got permission from the artist to use it.

Hi Sea... glad you enjoyed.. pics go better than vids but that one was special I thought... plus lots of 'beach' pics too I've seen the 'babies swimming' on tv a while ago and have seen one at Disney pool with mom and dad overwatching - they knew what they were doing..... and it seemed perfectly natural for the baby.

I'm guessing that means that if you got your radio out again you could talk to people very, very faaaaaaaar away, as long as you found a frequency that wasn't affected. (don't tell me if i'm wrong, i like the illusion that i might have some idea of what is going on
