That's okay...I slept 12 hours yesterday or the day before
I can't remember the last time that I slept that long. Probably when I was sick.
Oh I forgot to add, I'm taking naps too. I think I need a cave to crawl into!

Son decided to brave the great outdoors and is here so I'll just be dropping in now and then. Probably when he and DH gets to talking cars or whatever.
jj was right.....it has snowed here all day. My neighbor is going to come plow the driveway. I think we have more snow than N. Wisconsin, where hubs is snowmobiling.

Well I hope there is something really great in that pumpkin! Nope, I'm eating at home but I haven't started to make anything yet, and I'm going out to celebrate a friend's birthday this evening. I'm procrastinating I'm darned good at it, too

Stone - the pumpkin cooks in the oven while the stuffing cooks on the stove top. The stuffing is jambalaya rice, and bite sized pieces of chicken, kielbasa, shrimp, along with diced bell pepper, onion, and celery. Once that is all cooked you pour it into the pumpkin and bake another 40 minutes or so until the flesh of the pumpkin is done. This would be cool with little squash or baby pumpkins too...
