Sorry I'm so late.

Good afternoon, Beachers.

I left the hospital feeling pretty good....she is on morphine so she was feeling "pretty good" also. Every hour past that surgery, her odds improve so still am very hopeful. I know she is going to be in a lot of pain for a few days, but she is in excellent hands.

Thank you all for showing so much support.

Now....I am going to take a nap. I am exhausted.

Considering everything that had to be done, I think it's wonderful, though I know you were worried through the long day. But the fact that you left feeling good says a lot. I'm hoping the morphine will minimize any pain Stefanie has; it's usually good at that. Continued prayers and healing energies coming to IL for her, and for you, honey. It's so great that Stefanie has such a supportive family.

Late start here, not a rough day. My sleep has been off recently... staying up way too late and can't go to sleep when I go to bed. After two nights of that, I slept in today to catch up. I'll have some work tomorrow morning, so I'll need to knock myself out tonight.

There are definite things that distract me. And not all of them shiny. Some of them jiggle.

What are you recommending for that? 32g Kanthal, 30g, or what? With cotton?

It's more about getting the jig, pliers, cutters, etc. Wire gauge is a personal preference consideration. I use cotton and hemp

I use an herbal compound named Alteril that I get from Walmart. I've had sleep problems for much of my life, but they had gotten much better for a little while and I didn't need to use it. So I'll take two of them tonight and that should do it.

Is this much snow unusual for you? We have had it 3 times already. It snowed again this week, but it was only about 1 inch, and the Sun melted it pretty fast.

For 10 or 20 years I guess we've rarely gotten any snow at all, the last few years we've gotten lot's of ice and/or snow.
I think this if the most often it's snowed in one season tho'

Hopefully it won't amount to much, naturally I was thinking of going to the grocery store tomorrow
