Thank you for the prayers and positive thoughts for my sweet Grover cat. He improved during the night while I was at work. DH said he jumped on the bed for his petting like usual. He has drunk some water and has not vomited since yesterday
I called the vet and talked to a vet tech (who I've known there for years). She said since he was acting more normal and drinking I could just keep an eye on him instead of bringing him in. She made a note of it in the chart and said if he had any more problems they would work him in to be seen. I am so relieved and happy that he is so much better!!

Great news, Tink. I know how it is to worry about the 4 legged parts of your family. Someone was listening to our requests. Hope he stays well.
And I got a good night's sleep...pug cried himself to sleep...he was by me, but not on me like he wanted. LOL....he sounded like some wounded alien..noises I have never heard the likes of. (Wish hubs was that sad when I say no.
) And he seems to have recovered...begging for breakfast as soon as I woke up.Beautiful video, Scott. I kept waiting for a funny part.....like she accidentally stabbed new hubs in the heart with the fork. Guess I am jaded by all the poignant-turned-bizarre emails I get.

Thanks, Dale......Knee still very achy....and lots of pain if standing or walking for a few minutes. The swelling is still there...if this last shot which can take up to 6 weeks does nothing, I am going to resort to alternative treatments. Unfortunately, they are not covered by insurance.....but if it works, it will be worth the expense.
I see not much going on in here this afternoon. I am going to do a little cleaning here and make some salads for dinner.
