Hummus (at least American hummus) can carry a wide range of flavors. It all depends on what you put in it.... :)

I've had tradition hummus. Didn't care for it. I think I had Greek and some from another place in that region, like Indian, or something. Can't remember now.

It's a good day when the Boss is away... you get to be acting Capitan. Keep 'em happy with beer all around.

Oh he promotes it. We have beer cart Fridays errrr "fun cart Fridays" all the time. But God forbid anyone vape there. They all drink like fish though. People were coming out of offices to the beer like there was a fire.

Hello Starry :)

Traditional hummus is chickpeas, lemon, garlic, tahini (sesame paste), and olive oil...and traditional hummus is slightly chunky...not the smooth puree that we most often eat. The mediterranean countries will sometimes add other flavors, but like every other cuisine we Americans tend to go crazy with it and add stuff. If you like olives, try one with olives mixed in...or red peppers...or spinach/artichoke. There should be one variation out there that you can palate. :D
