Exactly!!!

Oh mom got so mad at them tho' for constantly interrupting her attempts to rest, one time when the doctor left she was shaking her fist at him as he went out the door

  She sounds so spunky! It is really good that she could go home, so she will have the opportunity to rest. You sure can't get any in the hospital!

It is probably your way of self preservation…. protecting yourself from the reality of it. I highly recommend trying to talk to one of the Hospice workers if you can. They have materials for family members to read. I think reading those could really help you through this, Dale.

Dale do this. They were great when we went through this with my brother.

I know the students need this. I usually say yes, there has been a couple times that I've said no. It's bad enough with the doctor there!

One time the NP that I see for my 'yearly' check-up asked if a NP student could 'observe' I said OK, but if I had not been a student in the past I might would have said no

They tried their best to send her to UAMS and let the students have at her but we all said no.
After the brain scans they just didn't know what was wrong that she can't swallow ... her scans were normal for her age :?:

Having been a student (for nursing and for anesthesia) I always try to support students. But I can understand that there are times when less people 'in the mix' is better ;)
I realize someone has to but mom just want's to be left alone, she's very private about her body.

You should make your DH let you watch it. I mean that would make a whole two shows you watch!

 Make him "let" me huh?

I'm sure he would if I mentioned it ;) It's not really worth it to me :)
I have too many other things I like to do and tv is all he does other than work :?: No hobbies or anything
