OK....break over. Now I have to tackle the rest of the house, the living room and kitchen are totally trashed....but our bathroom looks nice.

I got the laundry started and managed to talk myself into 20 minutes on the elliptical Baby steps

But barely...I have tons of chit to do here at work. Why does everything just...fall freaking apart when I'm gone. I always think I don't do anything until I leave for a few days and then...Boom! People seem to have problems.

Good luck getting the appointment and finding what you need.

I'm not saying my diet is perfect But, I have tried eating right and have done certain regimens (ie, advocare, the skinny gut diet, etc) and can not lose a pound. Then I get discouraged/...... and start eating again… and gain MORE weight Also, I have other symptoms, so would like to get thyroid checked. And, if it is not thyroid, maybe a full blood workup will show something that is causing it

She may just tell me I am lazy and to get my azz off the couch

Geeze, I hope it's not all the wine!

Such a miserable effin' day. I got lockjaw again and was in agony. Thank goodness I scrimped and saved some pain pills from the last appt. Pain is okay now and I did have a short nap. Going to pick up neighbor from airport at midnight so her hubby can get enough sleep to work tomorrow so no more pain pills tonight.
