About a week ago I went to our local gas station and picked up a blu starter kit. I was really hoping it would work for me, but it just didn't produce enough vapor. So I researched online about what ecig was best and didnt even realize all the options available! So after a couple nights of research I planned a purchase that I planned on making as soon as possible, but went to the cigarette outlet yesterday to see if they had other flavors of blu carts to get me by until I made my order. I was completely shocked that they had a whole case full of ecigs and e-liquid :) They only had a few types of ecigs though (most of the case was the e-liquid) and the brands they had were some I hadn't heard of. So I settled on the Green Leaf GT Ego (the info had different numbers so not sure if its a 3,4, ect) that both of the girls who worked there use and recommend, and also got 3 bottles of 18mg 10ml e-liquid which was the highest they had. I love 2 of the flavors, but not the menthol I thought I would like since I smoke menthols. So since getting the blu starter kit a week ago, I have only went through 2 packs of cigarettes and today I only smoked 3 analogs all day. That is great for me since I have had a 1 PAD habit for over 20 years. So far I am in love with my ecig, but when will the cravings stop? It isn't so much of a physical craving, but more of a mental one. Normally when I have given in today it was after the thought of never having another "real" cigarette again. I have wanted to quit for years now, but just haven't been able to keep motivation to stop. I have tried quitting using patches, Chantix, Welbutrin, and gum with no luck. I ENJOY smoking. I just don't like the health effects of the habit, and feeling like I can't breathe. I feel guilty every time I grab an analog, and worry it is a sign I will fail at this too.
you hit the nail right on the head i think.
it is mostly mental what worked for me was finding a juice that was very very similar to what i normally smoke also did the research about how strong a juice i needed and even i was in shock when i found myself not craving a cig at all.

just keep it up you are doing great maybe 18mg is not strong enough for you Rome was not built in a day and a 20 year habit is a tough thing to shake but the key word is habit slowly you will develop new habits and you will pull through . i dont know you from a hole in the wall but i do know that you can do this !!!!!!!!!
