Low Wattage on Nautilus Mini - Advice Needed (Virgin Vapers)

So I'm a non-vaper that over the past two months has been consumed by the world of vaping in attempt to get my loved ones off of analogs. I successfully got my brother-in-law, mother, and father to give vaping a try. I set each one of them up with a Kangertech ipow 2, which is variable wattage, and a Nautilus Mini to start with.

Right now my mom is vaping at 6 Watts, my dad is at 7.5, and my brother-in-law is at 8.5. How well does the Nautilus Mini perform at this wattage? I suppose I'm most concerned about my mom at 6 Watts. I want them to use something that's going to give them positive results, which is why I picked the Nautilus Mini to begin with. But now I'm second guessing myself because they're vaping a little lower than I had thought they would. Any recommendations?

Isn't 11 - 15 Watts that sweet spot for the Nautilus Mini? Any suggestions what I can do to give them the best results possible?

Welcome OmgV and congrats. I don't have the answer to your watt question, but I do know everyone has different taste buds, which I would assume would lead to a different "sweet spot". Good luck in your journey.

The sweet spot with any device is whatever makes the individual happy. I generally use my full-size Nautilus at about 8 watts for my favorite juice because that's what works for me.

Some people prefer a warmer vape, others prefer a cooler vape. I typically run my Nautys between 9 and 10 watts because that's where I like them.

If it keeps them from smoking then I'd say they found their sweet spot.

The "sweet spot" depends on what someone likes, meaning how the juice tastes to them. You can't just slap a number on it. I have one juice that I have to vape at much lower watts because it burns easily. It doesn't matter if I use it a Nautilus or Magma (RDA), over 9 watts and it's toast.

Welcome 0mgV. I'm pretty sure the prevailing theme will be "whatever works for you is good". I prefer the wattage on my mini set to 11-12, but that is a personal preference. I simply prefer a warmer vape. As long as you get the nic you're craving, it's all good.

On some juices, 5 watts is the "sweet spot" for me. It definitely is personal taste.

Wow! Thank you so much for all the responses. I guess I'll just let them roll with it. I know the trick is to get a liquid, wattage, and drag from the air holes that you're happy with. I appreciate all the feedback. They seem to be happy with it so far.
