This is not so much a review (and certainly not one of my long-winded illustrated ones) as a praising.

A couple weeks ago, NeRo9k at Create Vapor sent me two pairs of atomizers to compare and report on. One pair is the Joye 510 and DSE510. If you are not familiar with the Joye 510, go back to the New Members forum and start over.:D [Or read my Fabulous Five-Ten guide in the NHaler forum]. I didn't notice much difference between the Joye and the DSE. In fact, since there are no identifying markings, I got them mixed up:oops: and now have no idea which is which. My only subjective impression (applicable to both) is disappointment, due to the fact that I have been seduced:vapor: by the LR 510. If you've ever used an LR atty, you know what I'm talking about.

And that makes a nice segue to the primary topic of this post, the other pair: DSE901 and LR DSE901. The 901 has never been my favorite atty; it's OK, but doesn't deliver (to me) the rich flavor and TH of the penstyle or the magnificent vapor of the 510. The LR 901, however, is quite special and is now my one of my two favorite atomizers (the other is the EastMall 801).

Create Vapor's 1.8 ohm version generates the same superlative vapor as the 510 (although perhaps not quite the overwhelming cloud of the LR 510) and I get more TH from it than the 510 (whatever the resistance). The flavor is excellent and seems to be smoother than the LR 510 (which I find to be a bit sharp), perhaps because my LR 510 is 1.5 ohms.

I'm using the LR 901 on my Elegant Easy (kind of an eGO for the Kr8 and 901, although at 750 mAh, the Riva is a better comparison). It is a perfect combination! [Now...if only Create Vapor would carry a brushed gold version so that I can have an aesthetic match.;)]

Create Vapor's LR 901 atomizer ($9 minus 10% with code cv10) is highly recommended!
