Felt appropriate to order from Volcano since on 1/11, it will be exactly 2 years since I quit smoking with a little mini from Volcano.

So far, I am loving this thing, it is so easy to use and I love the red. Only issue I have is the end cap isn't fitting snugly on there, using a batt from the epower. Perhaps the batt is a little too long?? I really like the button on the LT as well, reminds me of the Black Beauty.

I am going to have to have a mod clear out on the classifieds if I continue to like this one as well as I do now. No need for all those others collecting dust.

Protected batteries are to long for the mod and won't let the cap screw on all the way. AW IMR 18650 is what is recommended for it not only for the size but they have a higher current output rating that's needed since it boost voltage from one battery. I'd recommend picking a couple up for it, they can be found many places including the link below

    Glad your enjoying it.

I love mine! I got it back at the end of November and it is a favorite. You need high drain AW IMR 18650 batteries to fit correctly. I get mine at rtdvapor altho I hear that everyone is sold out now. Probably because of all the lavatubes being bought!!! I expect in a few days they will have them again.

Welcome to the lavatube club! Or as I call it the Poorvari. :toast:

    lol @ poorvari

Atleast we don't have to push a button 20 times to get to the voltage we want :)

    **counter to that**

Atleast ours actually reads the correct voltage
(figured I would do it before someone else did :p )

I thought unprotected batts were always a no-no. It works fine with these, just leaves a tiny gap. Hope it is ok to use this one for now.

Even a cheap no brand IMR would be safer for this mod, in my opinion. The booster circuit can potentially draw more current than your Li-ion cell can safely supply. High drains, as the name suggests, can handle a heavier load.

Hope you enjoy your Lavatube and congrats for vaping that long :).
