Lori, thanks for your input. I got a 236ml bottle of the unflavored nic, 80/20 pg/vg @18mg, from MBV along with their Extreme Ice flavoring. That seems to be what I like and use the most. I have enough Cinnamon Roll to do me quite a while, as I only seem to enjoy that after dinner. When I first got into vaping, I ordered way too many flavors and while I liked all of them at the time, they're just sitting now.

Most flavoring need to be started around 2 to 5%.
So you may have your suspected water added.
Although I have added up to 12% to get flavor right in VG.

Really, I don't know if it's that the flavorings are necessarily "thinned". I'd completely forgotten about the VG factor, and I'm using all VG, so that's more likely why it takes more flavoring, or why "I" like more flavoring. I also really had no idea how to incorporate the already flavored vendor e-liquids into the recipe calculator, so that's honestly the main reason that for now, I'm just kind of winging it until I get those finished up. Before I tried DIY, I had ordered several of the vendor e-liquids from Mt. Baker, I'd had them add 2 extra shots of flavor to help compensate for the high VG, it was a total guess on my part on the number of shots, and well, they really didn't need 2, 2 made them way too strong for my taste, so I've been just adding a dropper of this and that and slowly trying to use them up. I'll get there...LOL. I really like the Mt. Baker flavorings that I've been using, and I like that I have stuff on hand to tweek whatever I'm mixing, or whatever I purchased that were vendor made e-liquids. Like I said, someday I'll be making it from actual recipes, but so far, so good.
I am off today. Had a haircut appt. this a.m. and a couple errands. Paperwork & laundry I want to catch up on this afternoon.
Plus I want to check on hand freezer/pantry stuff, and get a groc. list going if I need to do that. Not going today though. I'll have to just go early on Sat. It's so flipping hot here, I'm staying inside the rest of the day if possible.
I had just a couple thoughts about the dog run cable. I wonder if the parents know yet, and I wonder if when they do find out if they'll make the kids return it, and face you, and apologize. You know, "Old School". That's what my parents would have done. I know sometimes it's just rotten kids, with rotten parents, but I was just wondering.
I think we all did that. But my problem was that I had 80/20 pg/vg, same as you 18mg, and then I ended up having mouth irritation. So I ended up giving a few bottles to the gal I work with, and then had to hunt for something I liked in vg.

I think my little grandson gave me his cold, in fact...I think he gave it to everyone in my house lol. Oh well, rather us than him have it bless his little heart. It's not bad, a little sore throat and a runny nose, I can live with that. I have been cleaning house and throwing loads of stuff away that I don't need or use anymore. It's kind of liberating to get my house back in order after the daughter moved out.
