We just finished. Turkey, ham & cheese paninis on flatbread, with chips. Easy, peasy.

Geesh, everyone must be eating....it's quiet.

Anyone cooking anything good for the weekend?? I'm looking for ideas.

Chicken enchiladas here for dinner

The kids came and knocked on the door. Had dog with them asked if I knew who it belonged to. I said no but I want my lead back. They left came back in about ten mins with lead. No dog. They found the dogs owner and the lead in the woods. My straight. Lead is now curly but it still works.

DH is home more than he is not!
He "LOVE'S" his job because he only has to work when he wants to ............. which is apparently not much

Slummin' for dinner tonight; he's not particularly hungry, so he's on his own. I had Ramen noodles and peanut butter crackers. I just haven't felt like cooking lately. Nothing's wrong, just bored with everything.

Pork something this weekend. I'm not a big fan, so it's going to be either ribs or pulled. If it do it on the smoker, it has to go on at 9pm Friday night. The last roast I did on the smoker took 17 hours, but boy was it goooooddd!

I did that last night. DH was going to be late, and said he'd pick something up for himself.

We call those clean out the fridge or leftover nights. The more they don't eat for dinner or lunch the more they have to deal with on left over night
