We had grilled jalapeno poppers, pulled pork, slaw, corn on the cob. Lori, if you're lurking, I used country style ribs (5 lbs), that I rubbed (hush deej) and bagged last night. This morning, I browned them in a big iron skillet, then put them in the crockpot with a half bottle of REAL beer, a chopped onion and a cup of water. Five hours later, I took them out and shredded the meat and put it back in the CP with 2 cups of the juice and a good cup of Sweet Baby Rays Chiptole bbq sauce. Good.Good.Good.

    I've stopped cooking since I started vaping, I don't know if my nic level is too high or I just spend so much time reading about it.
    :laugh: I think that is more common than anybody realize's!
