Exactly. That's why I went in yesterday for (at least) half a day. I wanted to be caught up enough so that if I didn't have to, I wouldn't have to go in. Sometimes I can ride in with DH, if I HAVE to be there, but we are supposed to get ice first, and they don't do a really great job of cleaning the roads on the first day. Usually by the second day, they're fine. They don't even plow our street, if we get A LOT of snow they do, but then you end up having to shovel out your car.I am guessing you are probably right about her working til closing Lori.
Welcome home! Glad you have the option not to go if it is too bad. Some days it just isn't worth it if you don't really have to! Ours is mostly pasture in the bad weather. We have the cows down south but can wait til later in the day then go when it warms a bit and maybe isn't so slick. Also it is only a short distance on public roads.

I got up at 5 had coffee to clear the crud out and used my inhaler then went straight back to bed! I guess I just sleep too well. I am trying to make up for all that ya'll aren't getting I guess!
