Lol! No just wayyy over my head. Especially if I want to use them with rebuildables. I'm sure ill do it eventually but I'm worried about something going boom!! Lol! Seems like you need to know a lot more about batteries & multimeters & discharge ratings. My heads hurting just thinking about it:confused:

Oooohhh you no likie VV!! Whhyyyyyyyyyy!!! Lol! I love VV! Yeah beets are nasty! Lol!
It's not that I don't like VV, I just don't use it with my narrow range of juice flavors. I'm pretty much into fruits & they don't like it too hot. But I insist on having VV available, in case I change my (prerogative) mind.

Ok ok ok! But the offer still stands! Come on Haze...it's German! Ill have a whole 10 feet of it...ok ill back off but feel free to change your mind. So, this cotton...my buddy JBL was telling me about cotton & how it holds a lot of juice. What kind of cotton do you use exactly?

Yeah you got the right stuff if you're gonna use silica imho.

See that's the part I LOVE about cotton. There are so many different types and all of them work really well. I've used cotton balls, the little cosmetic squares, rolled cotton, yarn, etc ... I tend to use butchers twine more than anything else in my drippers because it works really well for that but for something like an eVod head, I might switch to rolled cotton.

I bought some Peaches & Cream white 100% cotton yarn at walmart. I cut off about 4 feet and boiled it for 10 minutes, then let it air dry. I really like it better than silica. It absorbs well, but you cannot do a dry burn with it.

But that's okay because in the rare instances that you need to do a dry burn, you just pull the wick beforehand. You could re-use the existing wick if you wanted to afterwards but it's so cheap and easy to re-wick, that's what I almost always end up doing.

Ha! When I bought my Squid, I asked the guy a lot of questions. One of which was "how do I clean it?", with vague remembrances of cotton, distilled water, PGA, vodka, boiling, etc. running through my head (remember, I toss my cartos when they get clogged). He said "I torch mine". I pretended not to be shocked & confused.

LOL! Yeah, that wouldn't be a good thing to do with cotton ... just about the only disadvantage I see with using cotton personally. :)

Oh wow! Ok! Thanks guys! I'm going to have to give cotton a try at some point. I thought it was a special made cotton product. Amazing what you can use to vape!

Ok gotcha! Ummm me love fruits too!

Yes indeed! Where there is a will ... :)

Me too! Love the fruits! :D
