Right now he's in CA. And his kids are there. They teach English. And Chinese. My grandfather grew up in the middle of nowhere on the Yangsee river and all the grand kids but my mom went there or Japan to live. I'll have to ask mom where the kids are.

Do you go where they build the ice houses for exhibit ? Or where they plant the amazing rice field art?

I gots me a can o'Ravioli... just no energy built up to cook it.
I ate so much Ravioli as a kid I really can't believe I didn't turn into a ravioli!

Have you ever tried the frozen ravioli?? It's pretty good. Quick and easy too!! You can actually bake it in a 9x9 pan. Just put the ravioli's in frozen, then your favorite spagetti sauce, (we use the Hunt's brand - Garlic & Herb) then shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 - 375, usually 35 to 40 minutes, or until the cheese is all melted and starting to turn brown. Easy and good. Some garlic bread, a glass of red wine (if you are so inclined), and you're good.
It also reheats very well. I can actually have it assembled and ready to go into the oven by the time the oven is preheated.
........is it as good as scratch, no....but pretty darn good for a fast, decent tasting dinner.

I do got a microwave. The trick is getting back onto my feet and walking to the kitchen... :p
Are you sure you didn't get overheated??

We had marinated, wrapped chicken thighs here, with grilled veggies and corn on the cob. The thighs are marinated in 2/3 cup peppercorn ranch dressing with 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce stirred in (for a couple of hours). Then rolled tight in bacon, pinned with a toothpick. Grill until internal temp is 165 and the bacon is cooked. You can add more Sriracha sauce if you like it spicier.

I had to google the Sriracha sauce. I'd never heard of that.

   :p My that sounds like some fine dining!
......would I steer you wrong? AND, if you buy when the items are on sale, it's a DIRT cheap meal to prepare.

What kind do you get? With meat or cheese inside?

Either, or a mix of both. The cheese filled is usually easier to find (on sale). If you need a quickie meatball, Armour brand isn't too bad at all. Again, it's not as good as homemade, quick and easy is the key here.
If I can't find the meat ravioli's, I get the cheese and some meatballs, or even just the cheese, and go meatless.
