Either, or a mix of both. The cheese filled is usually easier to find (on sale). If you need a quickie meatball, Armour brand isn't too bad at all. Again, it's not as good as homemade, quick and easy is the key here.
If I can't find the meat ravioli's, I get the cheese and some meatballs, or even just the cheese, and go meatless.

Well I've never had either so what would I know? Might try that sometime, I like easy!
DH loves cheese  although he shouldn't eat it for health reasons; but he's slacked off a lot lately so once in a while wouldn't hurt.

If they ever try to take away my cheese, I may as well be gone. I don't eat it everyday, or with everything. But I surely do like cheese!!

Be back in a few minutes........

    .......it's what I do.
Elf, I love your recipes!!! Now, I just need to start TRYING them.

Lori, here's an easy one if you like wings. Get a bottle of hoisin sauce (the 8 or 9 oz size). In a bowl, mix it (the whole bottle) with about a half cup of the Sriracha sauce and dump it in a gallon size ziploc bag. Add 3 pounds of chicken wings, zip it shut and coat the wings with it, and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours. When you're ready, spread the wings and about half of the sauce out on a foil lined baking sheet, and bake the wings for 30 minutes at 425; turn them and bake another 30 minutes; turn once more and let them go another 15 minutes. They are the BEST.WINGS.EVER!!! A bit on the spicy side, but certainly not hot enough to take your head off. I used some ranch dressing to dip with. If you DO want them hotter, add more Sriracha sauce to the hoisin.

Sure you will!! Yeah, maybe; but not three packages a week like DH:facepalm:

Elf! you're killing us here:blink:
    Cheese is wonderful.

Although, I do admit to only liking a narrow range...

Cheddar (mild preferred... don't much like sharp), mozzarella, Parmesan, provolone and pepper-jack. American on a fast-food cheeseburger... or a grilled cheese w/onion, pickle and mustard...

Grilled cheese w/onion, pickle & mustard gross!
    I like mozzarella on pizza's & stuff, and pepper-jack ... that's about it :)
Oh, and what we always called "hoop" cheese, I forget what it actually is ... a kind of hard mild cheddar.

    It's an acquired taste, I guess... :)

would "hoop" be longhorn cheddar? I like that, too

Have you tried Brie or Camembert especially BAKED, see Elf's list below, or even Havarti. Seeing the cheeses you listed, I can't imagine you wouldn't like them.

Nope, I'm still here. I love cheese, too: Raclette, Brie, Camembert (baked!), Havarti, provolone, mozzarella, and then the regular cheeses like swiss, cheddar, monterey/jack, plain old american. Hell, I even like the cheese-a-like that comes out of a can.
.......um, yes please......all of the above!!! Except, I don't know what Raclette is?

But have you ever had Chocolate Cheese??? There is a cheese shop not far from us that has it. It's about the consistency of Havarti, but tastes JUST LIKE FUDGE!! It's even better than fudge. Some people who haven't ever tried it or heard of it think is sounds gross, but think of it in terms of being served with fruit. Seriously to die for stuff!!

    Baked Brie with Apricot preserves.........:D

thanks Elf, now I need a Brie fix.:p

    Nite GG!!!

LOL - I got so excited about the cheese, I forgot to comment on the wings......

Those wings sound really good too!!! Thank you for posting that!!
I love wings, but haven't had spicy ones since my tastebuds have healed.
I've been having a bit of a problem with spicy foods since I quit smoking. (the only downside I've found so far in quitting...LOL)

I've noticed it with Salsa, and have been afraid to order wings, but heck if I make 'em at home I can control the heat.
    DH LOVE SPICY WINGS!!

I love a good slice of baked brie, on a warm french roll, with a small slice of an anchovy....orgasm on a plate!
    I bet that is good!!!

I'm not a huge anchovy eater. I like a few in a Caesar Salad, but I would try it as you described, sounds really good!
