Happy Birthday, Lori!! :)

My "grocery getter" is a 1992 Dodge Caravan...it currently has 304,267 original miles on it. The wiper motor died, so I can't drive it when it's forecast to rain, but it still runs pretty well...for now

Is it hard to get at that wiper motor Elf? They aren't usually too difficult to swap out provided they are accessible.

Thank you Elf!!! :)

Well, the truck we had before the Ranger was an old Datsun, yes...Datsun. We bought it from a neighbor when it was just over 100K, no air, 4 speed. I know we put well over (another) 100K miles on it. Then, when we sold it, THAT owner drove it FOREVER. Same engine, used no oil. Well a little, but nothing that wasn't expected. That's great though, over 300K. Wow!

Are we the three Chipmunks????????
:lol::lol: I think they were Alvin, Simon & Theodore. For the record, I did NOT google them. I LOVED the Chipmunks as a kid!!! Had a couple of their albums...LOL!

Okay, BBL. Going to watch D.Catch from last night.

    I just stole this!
An Amish boy and his father were visiting a mall. They were amazed by almost everything they saw, but especially by two shiny, silver walls that could move apart and back together again.
The boy asked his father, “What is this, father?”

The father (never having seen an elevator) responded, “Son, I have never seen anything like this in my life, I don’t know what it is.”

While the boy and his father watched wide-eyed, an old lady, limping slightly with a cane, slowly walked up to the moving walls and pressed a button. The walls opened and the lady walked between them and into a small room. The walls closed and the boy and his father watched as small circles of light with numbers above the wall lit up. They continued to watch with fascination as the circles then lit up in the reverse direction.

When the walls opened again and out walked a beautiful 24-year-old woman, the man turns to his son and said, “Go get your Mother.”
