Yummm! I'm cooking 5+ pounds of hamburger to freeze for simular stuff, chili, spagetti, goulash etc...

I divided the hamburger uncooked into baggies yesterday and its in the freezer. If I cook it DH eats it.

Since it's a doctor's office, I can only work Tues/Thurs and Sat/Sun...which means breaking down and setting up quite a bit. But I figured in an "aggravation" factor in my estimate for that. But, hey! it's a job I'll plug into Pandora and not have to put up with the hee-haw hell that the other contractors might be listening to.

We're going to grill some squash/zucchini and he wanted cornbread muffins...so easy peasy!

I wish y'all could smell our backyard......YUMMMMVILLE!!!!
