We rent so the cost would be on him. That is the one good thing about renting

Been there, done that ... and it can be good ... if your landlord is a good one.
We had a wonderful landlord back when ... but he died shortly after we bought our place Young man too, 50ish.

Just informed by hubby, I guess it's a cistern? So the tons of rain is not helping. The toilet flushes and water is draining for now. If we continue to have problems, landlord will be called. Yes, he's a good landlord. When the AC went out beginning of summer, they had someone out that evening. Even though it was a Sunday.

Yes, it was very sad ... he was a really nice man, had a heart attack I believe the same month we moved

Sorry I can't hang long...It's been a monday and what a monday it has been.

Robin...You might try to boil some water and pour it down the rinse drain. If you pour any grease down the drain the hot water will melt it away. might need to do it a couple of times to break it up if it is a grease blockage.
