we are supposed to be getting some tornados around me. Nothing as of yet it's still pretty calm outside

That's what happened with us. There were three tornadoes in our general area, about a 50 mile radius, the closest tornado was about 20-25 miles away, but the straight line wind can do about as much damage. The damage reports won't be on tv until tonight, but lots of little towns around us had heavy winds with the storms.
But, I've lived here all my life, it's what happens. I don't like these storms, but they are a way of life around here.

We're all good here, I ran over to check the house, all is well. You can't even tell there were storms, it was windy, but otherwise a beautiful fall afternoon. Our weather has pushed N and E, so we're fine as frog hair outside of St. L.
That said, I did not venture to the areas where the tornadoes were to have gone through, and I have not seen any damage pics, but there were no reported injuries earlier before I left.
Well GG, I'd prob have to play tourist for an afternoon and go check it out.

Yeah homemade sinus remedy. Camomile,thyme. And I add parsley for the iron and blood vessel benefits.

I don't think it's worth the gas money to drive to burts. Pay to look at pumpkins in the field. Pay for hay hide. And a bunch of other stuff.
I won't go walk thru the corn maze either...
It be different if I did not know what a field looks like or how to grow pumpkins...
