A double shot this morning? 
He folks, still plodding along here. Been a week of simple rest and recovery. I think my energy levels are finally starting to come back some. Felt pretty good today. Thank you so much for everyone's emails, PM, IM and phone calls. Please feel free to continue to call, otherwise I'm stuck just catching up on old TV shows and playing video games. I really enjoy talking to you'll. So keep'em coming! Most everyone should have my number, if not just PM.

I am guilty of using other things to sweeten mine from time to time when the need arises or for a change of pace.
I was a Splenda guy for awhile until I figured out that it was triggering my migraines. Now it's good old fashioned cane sugar in moderation (less than a gallon per day ) and far fewer migraines.
