Morning folks! Getting ready to head out for PT. Even with nasty rainy weather, I'm seeing improvements. Gout meds were really nasty, but they have it calmed down considerably. Backed down some on pain meds and hoping maybe this weekend, after Christmas stuff is over, I might make my first attempt at getting started on the vendor stuff again. Got tons to do. But chilling and doing nothing while recuperating has been a great help. If this try doesn't work out I'll give it a week and try again. But think I'm finally moving forward some. Been a harder road than i imagined.
That is whips and whipped cream....ya jerk. She did try to get me with one thing I couldn't do today. I just cannot lay down flat, period. And it almost ended my session it put me in so much pain. But all the other exercises I felt benefit and was able to do just fine. I haven't laid down flat in well over two years, gonna take more than two sessions to get that to happen. Long road ahead. Would probably go a long way if she was in a coffee outfit.....LoL.

I really don't like Christmas music, you can only listen to 57 variations of Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer so many times before becoming homicidal, but here's one I like, enjoy

DJ, hope you are feeling pretty good today. PT can kick your .... sometimes but it definately helps in the end. I am going to try to come over and see you when you feel a little better.

Wow, hell of Christmas weather pattern we have going on. Next ten days.....70/80 and 10% to 100% chance of rain. Freakn 81 degrees tomorrow and chance of rain. Man, I was hoping to be enjoying the new gas logs, chilling out drinking some nice hot "COCO" which watching the flames dance. Instead, the damn AC is running...how crazy is that. Even for around here. My body is sick of rain.
