Our change came yesterday at 4:30 PM here in SW MO and it was pretty drastic. Thank goodness the 9 inches of rain in 2 days wasn't snow or we would still be shoveling it in June.

I saw some of the flooding you had. Everything ok with you and yours?
Things are starting to get better. At the end of the week I can finally start taking anti-inflammatory meds again and I think that will knock out the rest of my issues. My shoulder is still the main thing keeping me from doing a lot of work as I don't have full use of my left hand. But all you need is a couple of 510 change outs, so send them on, I am sure that won't be a problem. I am hoping to be able to start back soldering and lathe work soon after being on the anti-inflammatory meds, maybe a week later. That is when I can get back to doing drip tips and such. I went way longer on this recovery than I ever expected, but hopefully in the end, it will have been worth it.DJ, I may have missed a post of yours with an update on your surgery, how are you feeling now?
Hope your feeling MUCH better....
If you're able to tinker with my GDNA's, I'll send um to you....![]()

In the next week or so, I will start getting with all the folks from the latest batch of pinches that need drip tips. I have all the tips finished from the previous batch, they just need final CA coating, finish sanding and polish. So hopefully I can get those going really soon too. I am going slowly start digging myself out of the hole I am in, key word being slowly. Right now, I have been trying to do a little sanding here and there, then I end up spending the night with Mr. Heatpad. So not going to rush myself into anything just yet.
But things are definitely looking up. Had a good day at PT today. I even had my dominatrix add extra weights to her torture devices today as I didn't feel they were working me hard enough. She was impressed with my progress so far and I felt pretty good afterwards. So slow but sure is better than no progress at all.
I have plenty of light colored wood, only issue is it's still just wood and not shaped into tips. So might be a bit longer before I am able to work the lathe again. Hopefully not too much longer. Once I get caught up on existing people's orders, I will make it a point to cut a bunch of extra. That is GOOD new Jasen....!
I'll box the mods up tomorrow.
By they way, do you have any light colored (wood) drip tips available?

It's in my nature. Especially to those I tried to get out before surgery. And I really do hate it has taken so long to recover, again, it's in my nature. I'm old school when it comes to my word meaning something, and the fact I had to go back on it due to my condition worsening before surgery, still puts me at breaking my word. Even though everyone understands, it's just who I am. But I hope to make all that back up soon enough. Though I am not rushing myself into anything. My wife won't let me....LOL. Plus I am not going to be stupid and rush back to doing work only to set myself back. I think being realistic, after starting on anti-inflammatories at the end of this week, probably a solid week and I should be close to starting things back up. I have also asked my dominatrix at PT for some exercise sheets to work on at home that will help my shoulder too. So soon, but not setting any hard, fast dates for anything. Taking it day by day.Don't you feel badly for one moment because you cannot do things for your customers yet. You are healing from a surgical procedure. And don't try to pretend you don't. Mister.
Eh, he was whining to me on the phone tonight. Apparently he had to get his hands dirty and do a little manual labor around his house today repairing a wall. Course, that was just because he was too cheap to hire someone who knew what they were doing....LoL. But I do think one of him is all we need around here!Pffft. The situation was not in your control. You didn't deliberately delay before, nor so now.
Bob is busy. I am available to stand in his stead shouldan opportunity present itselfI be needed
That's probably the only sunshine I see today.
