Lux atomizer cone questions

These may be really stupid questions but I have to ask. What is the cone for and does it have to be used to make the Lux work? Also do they wear out and have to be replaced often? I have the sidesho and love it but am thinking of getting the Lux even if none of the parts are compatible.

I believe it is just for looks. It will work without it on and it is a little easier to draw when it is off.

Just for looks and it looks so much nicer with it on. If you love you Sidesho you will really fall in love with the Lux! It is fantastic and you will want to use it all of the time.

Thanks for the info Bigham1 and Beachlover. It was just a little confusing to me. I take you both have the Lux. Did you order any extra parts or accessories with your starter kit? I have the red one in my cart, but thought I best think this thru before I hit the check out.

I would get a few Atomizers and a few cartridges or cartomizers. Which ever you use. Maybe a case if you want it.

I always order an extra battery and attys, but the Lux comes with 2 of everything and the battery lasts between 10-12 hours. So, if you're like me and worried about losing one or something get a spare of each, but if you'd prefer to wait, you'll still be covered even if you do have a problem with anything. Tony is really quick to handle any problems that do arrive, and his shipping is fast, so you wouldn't have to worry too much if you got a bad battery (only had one so far and I own a lot of Modern Vapor equipment), or lost anything. You'll love the Lux. It is truly amazing, great vapor, long battery and looks great and no burnt juices. Sorry, don't mean to sound like a commercial, but I've always been absolutely thrilled with Modern Vapor and Tony just raised the bar again with the Lux.

I did not order any spare parts. I have had the Lux for a few weeks now and use it almost constantly when I am at home. I sometimes take it with me also. The battery life is great so I didn't see any need to order extra of anything.

Thanks everyone for your input. I ordered the red one got it on Thursday and an loving it so far. Had a couple issues at first but all seems good now. I have been a fan of Modern Vapor for a while now I have the Sidesho and now the Lux and I agree that Tony and his company are by far the best. If there is better customer service out there I would be surprised. You are stuck with me Tony!
