If you decide to try the Fusions, they use a 510 size drip tip even tho they have an 801 bottom fitting. I get most of my adapters at either madvapes or GoodProphets.com - Your View into the World of Vaping...
Unless you want the pretty gold ones that Ikenvape sells. Mike has some too but no 510 to 801 .http://www.notcigs.com/products/901%2d808-adapter.html Good Prophets is where I got most of mine because they were only $0.99 at the time. I don't know how much they are now.
Oh I see they're $1.99 now http://www.shop.goodprophets.com/pr...F830F.qscstrfrnt02?productId=89&categoryId=38

What kind of mod do you have?? I'm trying to decide on my next upgrade. Right now I'm vaping at 3.7 volts (Riva 510) and I recently got a taste of vaping on a 6 volt mod for a couple of hours... now I'm hooked. I want a higher voltage mod. So far I'm liking the Reo. ANy suggestions? I'm a heavy vaper.... and a klutz...so I need something sturdy that can handle both qualities. I know some ECF members make their own mods but I'm far too much of a newbie for all that.

SO, I need to find a place that sells pre-punched Boges at 2.0 or compatible pre-punched Fusions. Any ideas? I'd buy the compatible Fusion with the adapter but the link I got didn't have what I needed.. all sold out. Any other sites you guys know of? I'd like to buy a pack or 5 fusions, the 510 to 801 adapter and I also need some new syringes for mixing juices. Does anyone know of a site that carries all the items I mentioned? Once I see these pre-punched cartos I'll have something to copy in my shop. I wish I had a vaper in my twon.. I could really use an apprentice/master relationship to learn all the vaping tricks. SO far, "Beans" has been my savior here. She's spent SO much time helping me.... I would have been lost without her help. I love ECF <3

Beans is a terrific lady and teacher!

5Card is vaping on a Buzz in those pics, the purple one is his BuzzPro and the gold one is his original Buzz...both from Notcigs. Granted, most of us here are biased but I couldn't imagine EVER being without my Buzz! Reos is partnering up with Notcigs to come out with a variable voltage mod, but it's still in the planning stages I think.

Unfortunately there is no one stop shop when it comes to vaping supplies. The Fusions we talk about are custom made for Ikenvape, and yes he's frequently sold out. I've heard of another vendor who carries a carto called Fusion but it is NOT the same! It can be frustrating tracking down everything you need but we've given you the names of several places we all know, trust and love :)

You'll never get the kind of vapor and flavor from your Riva that you get from a well built variable voltage PV, and most of us think that Notcigs builds the best there is. with the BuzzPro, the IPro and the new VVProV!

Be sure you got the right adapter J...one of Iken's adapters says it won't work with the Fusions in it's description.

Looking good there 5c. Likin the 'stache.
Alas the stache has shrunk.

The first two picks are the Buzz Pro (best pv money can buy) and the last pick is was my Buzz original before I loaned it out and never got it back.

You have to watch Ikenvapes daily if you want Fusions because they sell out fast thanks to this guy.

Best thing is the twitter page, the newsletter quit coming out.

Well, the blemished Buzz Pro is now mine:) With the 15 801 Fusions and my Buzz tank I should be all set. Now I just have to get this tank working properly! Should the punch hole be about a mm in width? I think mine have all been smaller than that. Geez, we're jewelers working with seriously complex fabrication/casting, etc... you'd think we could punch a hole in a carto the right way!?

Well, now that I have the 801 Buzz Pro I don't think the one adapter I bought will be that big of a deal if it's ot right.. but I think it is. He only had one in stock. I can't wait to try my Buzz Pro now!!!! If my Fusions don't come in time and I get my Buzz Pro first, can I use a 2.0 Boge with the Buzz Pro or are they made for lower voltage units only?

And yes, Beans is my #1 go-to girl here at the forum. She's the best....she's kept my vaping spirits up when I was really frustrated and lost. She's spent a TON of time on me. She rocks:)

From what I understand, and according to the volt meter videos, you should have no problem using the 2.0's. You'll only be able to crank up the voltage a little but should get great vapor. The eGo 3.4's work well and so do the 3.7's. It might be pushing it going to 4.0 but should work just fine. Apparently it will use more battery power at this lower setting using a LR carto (from what I"m told).

You can use a 2 ohm up to max voltage, or just below it, since that's 5.5V, 15W.

On tanks, I slot mine, end up with one slot that's 1/16 - 1/8" H x over 1/4" W. I vape a thin eliquid, no problems with leaks. Key is to not penetrate all the filler in the carto, all the way to the center, with slotting I don't cut in more than a tiny amount.

If you have an 801 Buzz Pro coming I hope the adapter is 801 to something because otherwise it won't work. I use adapter every time I vape and sometimes 2 or 3 hooked together. I don't have any problems with them.

Woohoo J!! You're gonna love your BP...and yup you can use the 2.0's. Like 5C said tho...now you'll need a 801 to 510 adapter to use your Boges LOL! The first number is always your battery connection size, 2nd number is carto size ;)

I tell ya, it's always something when you get started...but it's so worth the journey and learning curve :)

I got the 801. Ha! That's right, I will need the apposite adapter now to use the Boges.. that's hilarious! I'm so tapped that what I have will have to for about 3 weeks.. then I'll buy more adapters and another set of batteries for the BuzzPro. When it runs out of juice, I'll use my Riva. With how much cash I've invested into the set-up it would be a shame to not use it at all! * I own 7 Riva batteries...and alll kinds of accessories. I like it, but it's just not powerful enough for me. Once I got a taste for higher voltage I'm just not satisfied anymore with the 3.7-4.2 range I get with the Riva/Boge set-up.

Thanks for the great advice folks.... once I have my Buzz Pro I'll be asking for help to get my tank on and in good working order. I've had about 3 disasters with it on my Riva thus far. I'm probably over-thinking it. Is a 1mm hole a good size for a carto punch?

OK, I'm curious.. why would you use or need 3 adapters?? I'm such a newbie....I thought one was all you needed. Does it do something to improve your unit? The 801 is to use the Fusions on my Riva 510..... but now that I have the Buzz I'll save them all for that unit. I have a stock of 50 Boge 2.0s.....so I'll keep using those with my Riva. Until I can afford another set of batteries (in about 3 weeks) I'll be using my Riva while my one set charges.

Thanks for the warm welcome and all the awesome advice.. you too Bovina!

If you have an 891 Buzz Pro coming I hope the adapter is 801 to something because otherwise it won't work. I use adapter every time I vape and sometimes 2 or 3 hooked together. I don't have any problems with them.

Because sometimes when your testing things it's easier to just throw on another adapter than to start over. There is many thread patterns out there and I don't have every adapter so sometimes it's necessary. With 30 some adapters youl'd think I would have them all.
Done some changes to the Buzz Army Coat of Arms.
