I had one I made the hole too large too but it can be saved. I saved mine. Take a carto condom and cut the bottom out of it. Then put a smaller hole in it and put it on the carto with the holes matching after you put the bottom tank cap on it. then put your tank together and fill it.
Yes these tanks work on a vacuum and air in (from a leaky cap) means juice out. There's more leaks from air leaking in than anything else I've seen people having.

Vikki I had to make a Lowes run for my MIL today so I picked up a cheap saddle valve...boy is that easy! Beats the hell outa running down to the basement and dragging out the dremel

Tank Update
Received the o-ring(s) in the mail today. Immediately put it in, filled it up, and have been vaping my ... off ever since...
Here are my opinions on tank/carto:
Absolutely awesome tank, not nary a problem and am second refill already...
I am sooooooooooooo happy w/fusions that I just ordered 15 more LOLOL
What is amazing me is: The difference in flavors of my juice by playing w/wheel... What an awesome combination of tank/carto/pv. There is no turning back for me and I do believe my search for that perfect combination is over.
Thank you Mike for your speedy service on fixing my minor tank problem... It is little things like that, that make me a very loyal and happy customer to Notcigs
I didn't think I would EVER go back to carto's. My first experience w/them were pre filled 808's from V2cigs. Nasty things those are.. So I figured all carto's were like those. Went to gotvapes and the fluxo's. They have their own problems, but I learned to work w/them. Besides I didn't think a carto could compare w/a wick when it came to flavor. Oh was I wrong!!! I don't know what is different about the fusions, maybe it's the pv. I dunno. All I know is that this is the best combo that I have run across!!!
Tracy you won't be sorry when you try a fusion... I got a stealth adapter from avid vapor and it's sooo small you can't hardly tell there's an adapter on it.

Thank you 5... I am going to try this out when I get a lil tube for my "other" tank. I like that I can fix my mistake. I figured they were no longer any good. I love ECF and the knowledge that is shared here... I truly do
I don't taste any filler at all... That's the thing Mod, the flavor is just as good if not better at some settings. There is a better range w/the fusion. I use the 3.0 on the fluxo's and can still only go up to the yellow, then they get too hot for me and start getting a burnt taste. I will still use my fluxo's/visions, but not exclusive any more..
