I finally received my ecig from smoores, Absolutelyecigs.com and the images pretty much explains what i have received. I am wondering if everyone else who purchased the M402 received the exact same packaging and ecig that i have. I noticed the charger that came with the kit is a tiny little usb connector connecting into an AC adapter outlet. If i knew the kit came with the USB charger, i didn't have to waste money on a USB charger, where they sent me the exact same thing. I did buy two starter kits.

I Charged the Battery for about 8 Hours + but i don't seem to be getting much vapor. and the taste is quite weird without too much of a kick? am i doing something wrong here? or do i just have to inhale it harder? I switched a couple of carts for testing, does that also mix the flavors a bit? because i feel like i'm tasting a bit of apple with coffee now. lolz. I'm such a noob. but any help is greatly appreciated. I've charged all 4 and tested two of them already. The instruction manual doesn't seem to match with the e-cigarette itself. What you think?

Hi guys, I just got my M402 today and it is quite nice e-cig. I've got couple of problems with the order - no power cord and wrong charger socket, but I contacted absolutelyecigs and they said they will fix this on my next order or they will deduct the money I paid for a socket adapter.

Anyway I am writing because I have some concerns. At first I charged the batteries for like 4 hours trough USB, when I started puffing it was great for like 4-5 draws, now I need to draw pretty excessively to get a good hit and vapor. The cartridge is new. I dropped 1-2 drops directly on the atomizer and the same happened - 4-5 good draws and then nothing.. It seems the battery has a hard time activating by weak draws.

I should also mention that I think I have from the old cartridges. They are quite small inside and I am not really sure the coil is touching the cotton with the liquid.

Any advises?

Norm,

I was in your boat the first time I recieved it, it took me some trial and error getting it the way I did. The M402 itself is wonderful but the liquid in their cartridges seem a little weak, after I got my eliquid from puresmoker, wow more vapor and a very strong throat hit never felt with the regular cartridges.

My packaging is the same as yours.

I'll try to at least answer what i can.

The website did mention that their new chargers are dual function (USB + Wall Charger)

If you change carts, there will be a mixture of flavors as the atomiser is still soaked in the old flavor.

Give it a day or two to settle in. It gets better. At least thats the consensus of most M401/ 402 users. Do not use it so heavily that you risk burning the atomiser. If it gets hot, let it cool for a while. I use 2 ecigs for this reason and also to beat the cut off if i ever experience it.

Don't ever expect english literature from chinese manuals. They are readable at best. Thats why we have the forum!

Getting 4-5 good draws with 1-2 drops on the atomiser is pretty much expected. Thats why i recommend a combination of dripping + refilling the carts. Again, do not risk overheating the atomiser by vaping too excessively. It could shorten your atomiser lifespan. This is probably the reason for the cut off design.

From what i understand, the smaller carts are supposedly the newer version as they will less likely cause liquid to get into your mouth.

Gallardo is right. Getting your own liquid will probably help very much. And that is once again a very nice pic. Nice vapor capture!

First off I'm a long time smoker and a total newb to eCigs.

I did my research, found this thread and Fedor sold me on the M402. Again I'm a total newb but this thing really seems to work well and I can see myself working away from smokes to it.

I have not ordered any eLiquids yet, I have been waiting for sampler packs to come in stock on the more popular sites.

Any of you that have ordered from Absolutely eCigs, How does the cart flavor compare to other flavors out there?

I really don't like their "Marlboro" flavor, I figure I can work my way though the carts I have but wondering if I should expect the better stuff from refills.

Thanks again Fedor, you gave a bunch of info in these posts and so far this M402 works great.

I also ordered the 402 and i don't like the marlboro taste either. I also ordered Coffee, Rose, Cherry, and Apple Flavor Carts ranging from Med - No nicotine. However, To me, i'm having some time getting used to these flavors, actually, i'm not even trying to get used to the flavors, cuz they just taste weird to me. The apple cart seems to be the better one of them. But i wouldn't get any other carts from them. It leaves my mouth dry and nasty for a while. Feel like i wasted money on the carts.

Instead i just ordered Cash Cola & True Menthol Liquids from Puresmoker.com .
We'll see how that goes, hopefully better than absolutelyecigs.com carts.

I gave my 2 M402s a couple of days, but I still find them very unsatisfactory. I definitely regret purchasing them . My DSE901 is making much better throat hit and vapor. It seems I am one of the really few people who is not pleased with his M402. I still haven't give up and maybe it will get better, but I somehow doubt it. For now I am sticking with my DSE901, which is still working great after a month and a half heavy vaping.

Well a few things. First ABetterSmke have you registered as a supplier on here?

2nd here are some things listed on your website which MOST of us consider a VERY big NO NO...Feel free to correct me if I am wrong guys but here is what you have listed which is NOT TRUE, unless you have proof these should be removed from your site.

Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) is the number one choice by health professionals to treat nicotine addiction from cigarettes. Nicotine, while addictive, has been proven that it alone is not directly the cause for the health risks associated with smoking - National Institute on Drug Abuse of United States
(You are implying these are a NRT) They are NOT FDA approved to be such, and should NOT be advertised as such.

Create A Healthy Alternative to Nicotine from Tobacco...
(Healthy?) What tests do you have that state YOUR Ecig is healthy? It seems to me(consensus of this forum) that it does make us feel better then normal cigarettes and MAY be healthier, but this too has not been proven.

No "No-Smoking" Restrictions - Use it Anywhere !
(I can take you to some places that will NOT allow you to use it. It may be allowed where no smoking signs are posted, but I have come across some owners (a restraunt/bar) that said either stop smoking it or leave. You can't assure that it can be smoked "Anywhere")

Our e-Cigarettes have the longest battery life, produce the biggest vapor and are the most cost effective electronic cigarette on the market
(Again, where are the tests?)

Your also saying out of context about WHO, and others in your talk about NRT...This is true, except these are NOT NRT.....

Please read in the supplier forum, there are some advertising tips given by another forum user which I think would be very helpful for you.

I personally will not order from a company that makes so many false claims. I know alot of others on here are the same. It is companies like yours who will ruin this great alternative for everyone.

Am I alone in thinking this?

/end rant

Ok I am wanting to order wholesale lot from them. Does anyone one here what in on this order. I dont mean "hey I want 1" I am wanting peeps that want 10 kits +.Pm me for details

Jayhawks
: looking at the order sheet from the manufacturer (Shenzhen Smoore Technology Co.,Ltd) the MOQ (minimum order quantity) for wholesale pricing is 100, sorry. The wholesale price is 23.00 USD BTW, so absolutelyecigs is not really making that much markup. Just buy them at the 1-off price.

Everyone else: I own and operate a retail store in Washington state, and looking to stock one of the smoore setups in April. Any suggestions? M401 vs M402 vs M403? Black or White? And any favorite flavors of the pre-filled carts from absolutelyecigs?

(I suppose this makes me a soon-to-be supplier. Mark my account accordingly please)

I will get the M402 & M403 if i were you cos there is virtually no competition, at least not yet. Since you are targeting retail customers, the shortest ecig will work best at attracting buyers.

Do what Puresmoker did. Buy a larger quantity and get them to produce colors unique to your brand. Some logo/ trademark like what intellicig did wouldn't hurt either. You could imitate their success in a retail format. My flavor of choice is marlboro.

Looking at the current backlog of Chinese orders, i would suggest that you start planning now if you're gonna start in April. It will definitely take a while if you do intend to customise your ecigs.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the advice. This is a pretty 'old-fashioned' area and I am hoping for the best, but do not expect to sell more then a 2-10 a month for awhile. So no customizations sadly. It's a local postal center, and this will simply be a 'specialty item' that I am not willing to spend that much time on. No internet sales either.

One possible upside is that this county has almost triple the national average smoking rate. We even had a sizable public protest the day the state's public smoking ban went into effect that shut down a couple major streets! (a bunch of people pulled their stools out of the downtown bars and quietly sat RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of main street smoking their cigarettes and chatting... at least 20 feet from the nearest doorway just like the law said. Had to of been there - it was awe inspiring)

Smoore has been very helpful and after working with a few larger overseas server (computer) manufacturers over the years it is a refreshing change. I am generally impressed with the company, and the rep even speaks better english then I do

Glad i'm not the only one who thinks that. However, you should realise that some chinese can type real good English but can barely speak a word. This is probably due to their learning habit of cramming as much vocab into their brains as possible.

Something about your county tells me that your ecig business is gonna thrive. Maybe we will get to see your own brand after all.

Hi everybody :)

I'm new to this forum and before anything, I'd like to say hello and thank you all, especially Fedor for his reviews in regard to M402/201...

I just got my M402 from Absolutely eCigs! and I read the little instruction booklet that it comes with the kit.

On page 13, it says: Please charge the battery for the first time over 8 hours.

And, on page 12, in regard to use and charging the battery, it says: The battery is fully charged when the indicator light turns from RED to GREEN (3-4 hours).

I've been following the directions and it's been almost 12 hours that I have one of my batteries plugged in. The RED light still is RED and hasn't turn to GREEN yet!

I was wondering if any of you guys had this problem or not? Am I doing something wrong?

Thanx

I've received a few PMs asking me the same question. Its most likely one of two possibilities:

1) The charger has a faulty LED. If you remove the battery after 3-4 hours and it smokes, your charger is most likely working fine.

2) You have one of the older batteries with the new chargers. The old battery and charger is what we are all accustomed to (The regular wall charger type, which is "U" shaped and big). Fit the battery into the charger and the battery will blink a few times. When the battery is fully charged, the charger LED will turn green.
The new charger is the USB + Wall Charger type. As far as i know, the LED of these chargers will not turn green. Full charge is shown when the LED of the battery remains lit.
Therefore, when you charge the old type of battery with the new charger, you will not be able to tell if it is fully charged.

I would not worry too much if i were you. Just leave the battery charged for around 3-4 hours. There is absolutely no difference between the new and old batteries besides this. If you want a replacement, send absolutelyecigs an email and demand for it! They will usually suggest a replacement in your next order (which i usually agree to) but if you assert yourself hard enough, I'm sure they will replace it.

Hope this helps.

Hi Fedor :)

I'm trying to find out how many M402 High Nicotine Carts I need to use per day and I wanted to ask you to share your experience with us.

Since this is my first experience with e-Cig and M402 in general. I've noticed I used something between 3 to 4 per day. And, on top of that, I also noticed that gives me a bit of dry mouth and a strange taste that it's not like any Marlboro I ever smoked!

Maybe because when I inhale, I keep the vapor in my lungs for a little while. I don't know if I should do that or not!

Thanx for your help :)

Okay so I am a serious noob. I used to smoke, quit, but have never been able to shake the desire to smoke. Instead of caving every now and then I decided enough was enough and to finally just give in....sort of.

Anyway so I saw this review and was like this looks good (enough) so I bought it. I bought a 401, replacement atomizer, extra carts (5) and a USB recharger thingy. So I have many questions and since yall seem knowlegdable I figured I'd ask.

1) You see people here have tried a ton of different brands, are e-cigs flimsy? Why the collections?

2) How much 'smoking' can you get out of a car/replacement tip? Is it similar to a cigarette or two or a pack? How much smoking can you get out of a battery?

3) Is it necessary to really put a drop of liquid on the atomizer (I saw it on a video here) to get good vapor or do these do well without?

4) How long can I realistically use this set? Which part is the most flimsy on e-cigs?

I have more questions, I think, but feel crummy making my first post a laundry list of questions. So I'll wait. Thanks guys for your help and good god I'm really excited about getting my first set. Later yall.
