2nd here are some things listed on your website which MOST of us consider a VERY big NO NO...Feel free to correct me if I am wrong guys but here is what you have listed which is NOT TRUE, unless you have proof these should be removed from your site.

(Healthy?) What tests do you have that state YOUR ecig is healthy? It seems to me(consensus of this forum) that it does make us feel better then normal cigarettes and MAY be healthier, but this too has not been proven.

No "No-Smoking" Restrictions - Use it Anywhere !
(I can take you to some places that will NOT allow you to use it. It may be allowed where no smoking signs are posted, but I have come across some owners (a restraunt/bar) that said either stop smoking it or leave. You can't assure that it can be smoked "Anywhere")

Please read in the supplier forum, there are some advertising tips given by another forum user which I think would be very helpful for you.

I personally will not order from a company that makes so many false claims. I know alot of others on here are the same. It is companies like yours who will ruin this great alternative for everyone.

I can't believe i just ordered 2 starter kits of the M-402. Being that i have quit smoking for about 26 days now. But these electronic cigarettes really got me curious. And also my girlfriend is a heavy smoker and she has the hardest trouble trying to quit smoking. I'm hoping this could help her somewhat. Im a noobie in this.

I've been on this forum trying to figure out which E-cigarettes has the best quality with the best price. and seems like absolutely eCigs has the best bargain, which made me purchase these. and thank Fedor for all the reviews. on them. Made me more confident to purchase these.

I was planning to buy an Njoy e-cigarette. but after reading these post, there aren't much reviews about them. Anyone know how the e-cigs from njoy & smokingeverywhere are? can they compare to the M-402?

I just hope i made the right choice in buying the M-402, and i'm pretty excited about it and anxious to test it out.

If you bought it from Absolutely E-cigs, you can enter the tracking number here:

Note that their tracking system isn't great. It takes a few days before packages are even in the system, and until then you won't be able to get any information.

I'm sure they will tell you which shipping company they use. Is it EMS or is it Hong Kong Post?

The best thing is still to email them and ask, although once again, i'm quite sure they will say which shipping company they use.

Edit: I remember Judasburrito saying that Asolutelyecigs will not use HK Post anymore. So its quite possible that its EMS from now on.

I will agree, and suggest to still ask. However, I was informed that all deliveries will be EMS by Smoore. That is currently how my package is being shipped via Absolutely.

Nice to know you are liking yours. I feel the pressure when members buy based on my recommendation.

Now, most of you would never expect any negative comments on absolutelyecigs from me but my latest order from them has some mistakes in it.

I received a USB charger with no cable line with it. Not a fatal mistake but i was not happy as this was the first mistake they made with my order. They were also out of some carts and sent me other flavors. They did include extra carts as free gifts though so i don't really mind cos i will refill them anyway.

I also don't want to be to hard on them too cos i realised that they had to send more than 700 retail orders in a few days after their holidays. Anyways, they will be replacing all these discrepancies in my next order which i feel is fair enough.

At the beginning I was only “satisfied” with it due to my dumb mistake of using it right out the box, not realizing I was suppose to charge it first (should of read the instruction manual thoroughly lol), due to that mistake I was getting weak hits off the puff, I thought to myself I was never going to fulfill my nicotine needs compared to a real cigarette, I’ve even thought about going to buy a pack. I didn’t want to give up so I changed cartridges, used the other atomizer, and fooled around with it with no luck, and then I started seeing the light blink. Then it hit me that I was probably smoking with an uncharged battery!
I then plugged the battery into the charger and charged it, 4 hours later fully charged. I took a drag from it and wow, it was an nice hit, I felt really good! And after several puffs my nicotine craving was gone for the time being! Also the vapor that it produces is ridiculously amazing! I was able to blow out 10 smoke rings with one drag. I am now a very satisfied customer! Thanks!

I've ordered from them during their Holiday break, since my order was over $70 they gave me a free atomizer so it was worth the wait =). I also wanted to change flavors so I emailed customer service and they replied back really fast telling me the changes has been done.

You are most welcome. Nice to see someone who likes it as much as i do. I bet it feels good paying the price you did too. There are just too many ripoffs in the market these days, trying to fool us and especially new vapers.

A few reminders, just in case you're still new with this:

1) As good as these devices are, atomisers and batteries do not last forever. In fact, they do break down quite soon depending on how we use them and some luck. So do make it a point to stock parts.

2) I find that refilling carts and dripping on atomiser to work the best. Absolutelyecigs do not sell liquid so get it from the many reputable suppliers in this forum. Read on the earlier posts and you will see that i recommend a few drops of liquid on the atomiser everytime you refill your carts.

3) You might want to charge 8 hours for the first charge as it is recommended to help the battery hold charge better.
