We're headed up to the brother-in-law's cabin in northern Minnesota. Will do some work around the cabin, some chilling out around the lake and campfire. And maybe drink a beer or twelve along the way. And, in the words of Homer Simpson, we will celebrate the birth of our country by blowing up a small part of it.

We're going to spend it the same way we have for years. Barbecue and eat all day followed by our traditional county fireworks display over the ocean. Then cuss and moan all the way home because the traffic is so heavy and we should've left the island earlier and ... yada, yada. It'll be lot's of fun, as always.

Would like to kick back and do nothing but that's not going to happen. I foresee some grocery shopping, cooking (at least some of it should be on the grill) and whatever other tasks pop up around the house.
