Not bad, in fact pretty dam good. They are 1200mAh, 15C. I have to charge them about 22 hrs after coming off the charger.
I'm happy with them. They have a Low internal impedance of 1.2m ohm compared to that of 3mΩ of a standard Li-poly.
And they aren't much bigger than a 14500 battery. Dimensions: 58mm x 15mm
I calculated that this battery is rated 18 amps. 15C = 1 x 1200mah or 1.200Ah = 1.200 x 15C = 18 amps

I would say that sounds pretty dam good......Not sure about you, but I can't get 22hrs out a 2000mah high drain 18650.

That ought to be plenty of overkill....I think burst is 30 seconds so you should good to vape up to around 50 amps :D

I have some 3S 2200 45-90c nano techs that I want to modify for parallel use for an apocalypse mod....6600mah capacity hehe

The great thing about nano techs is with the correct charger you can safely recharge in 20 minutes or less at a 5c rate

Talking about over kill bap, 6600mAh?

What charger are you going to use for 5C?

Anything I charged at 5C would be outside of the mod with a lipo balance charger and a lipo charge bag. Hobby King has some good chargers

Even in RC I seldom charge at 5C, I usually have enough time to charge at 1C. But I have and have seen lots of people charge the nano-techs at 5C and they handle it with ease.

But the DNA charger is excellent for convenient charging of single cell batteries, and at 500mah it will charge 1000mah battery in 2 hours.

The 6600mah mod isn't a top priority, but I would like to see how many days/weeks of vaping I could get out of it :D

One of these would be great high capacity single cell options (probably better and easier than using multiple cells)....and with most available in the US warehouse and comparing prices with 18650's a pretty good price if you want a lot of capacity and are ok with a big rig. These single cells could even be charged with a DNA charger....it would just take forever :D

Turnigy nano-tech 5000mah 1S2P 50~100C Hardcase Lipo Pack (ROAR APPROVED)
Turnigy nano-tech 5600mah 1S2P 65~130C Hardcase Lipo Pack (ROAR APPROVED)
Turnigy nano-tech A-SPEC 6000mah 1S 65~130C Hardcase Lipo Pack
ZIPPY Flightmax 6200mah 1S 30C Hardcase Car Lipoly

*EDIT*
I should clarify these are 1S2P batteries....There is 2 cells already put together in parallel....Compared to the batteries I have that are in series that I would have to un-solder and reconfigure in parallel.

Ok you talked me into it......I ordered this one ($30 shipped 2-3 day priority mail)
Turnigy nano-tech A-SPEC 6000mah 1S 65~130C Hardcase Lipo Pack

I figure with a DNA-20 and a made to fit case it will only be slightly larger than an itaste mvp. Thinking a DNA charger with micro usb and custom charge cradle for slow charging, and access through the case to the main power lugs for fast charging.

Nice!

At least you are using yours, I have two setting at home and its driving me nuts.

I had the board since the 24th but no time, then brutally dropped my zmax yesterday so I stayed up late last night getting it together... very long night.

I used a Hammond 1590G and alot of patience. A custom enclosure would be ideal for this board especially with that 6AH battery, talk about a beast!

@d9mel, what is that you are using for a case? Personally I wouldnt tint it, I like that see through cover.

Its a diecast aluminum box I got here 1590G Hammond Manufacturing | HM841-ND | DigiKey

I just picked up a sheet of plexiglas from home depot, cut it to size, drilled and countersunk the screws.

you can see it better here

I might keep it clear, I just like the idea of the oled screen glowing behind a solid black panel. Either way it vapes like a train, I really like this board!
